Moved to its new building at Galataport in 2023, Istanbul Modern is Turkey's most important contemporary art institution. In addition to the permanent collection, it hosts international temporary exhibitions, film programmes and educational workshops. The building designed by Renzo Piano also features a restaurant and spacious terrace with Bosphorus views.
