Built in 1461, the Grand Bazaar is one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. Over 4,400 shops across 61 streets. Jewellery, carpets, leather goods, spices and handicrafts can be found. The nearby Spice Bazaar is perfect for spices and Turkish delight. Both bazaars are within walking distance of each other.
