Companies wishing to present at the conference program should select their preferred date and time for the presentation from the Conference Program Schedule, and send the presenter’s details and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to gulsah.genc@artkim.com.tr. They need to make a reservation for their slot in the Conference Program.
Stand setup will begin on November 26, 2024, at 16:00. All stand dismantling must be completed and the area must be cleaned and handed over to the organization between 18:00 on November 29, 2024 (Friday) and 12:00 on November 30, 2024 (Saturday).
The entry and exit times for exhibition participants will be between 09:00 and 19:00.
Exhibitor badges will be sent to the address specified in the contract before the exhibition dates. In case of any missing badges, they can be obtained from the registration area until 18:00 on November 26, 2024 (Tuesday).
Companies requesting extra materials must submit their requests online with their username and password by September 26, 2024. Orders placed on-site will incur a 50% surcharge.

Cleaning services for general areas and corridors in the halls during the exhibition will be provided by Artkim Fuarcılık. If participating companies wish to have their stand interior cleaned by someone other than their own staff, they can request this through the online system.
You cannot dismantle any part of your stand, either fully or partially, before the official closing time of the exhibtion.
