As part of the Conference Program, companies wishing to give a presentation are required to select their preferred date and time from the published Conference Schedule, and email berke.genc@artkim.com.tr with the name of the speaker and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English in order to reserve a slot in the Conference Program.
Access to the venue for stand installations will begin on November 22, 2026, at 16:00. All stand dismantling must be completed, and the area must be handed over to the organizer in a clean condition between 18:00 on Friday, November 27, 2026, and 12:00 on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
The entry and exit times for exhibition participants will be between 09:00 and 19:00.
Exhibitor badges will be sent to the shipping address specified in the contract prior to the exhibition dates. In case of missing badge information, badges can be obtained from the registration area until 18:00 on Tuesday, November 24, 2026.
Companies requesting additional materials must submit their requests online using their username and password no later than October 25, 2026. Orders placed at the exhibition venue will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

Cleaning services for general areas and corridors in the halls during the exhibition will be provided by Artkim Fuarcılık. If participating companies wish to have their stand interior cleaned by someone other than their own staff, they can request this through the online system.
You cannot dismantle any part of your stand, either fully or partially, before the official closing time of the exhibtion.
